Integer is seeking an experienced engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You will apply advanced engineering principles to ensure product quality and PDP compliance, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving testing, validation, and process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of progressive engineering experience, with strong statistics and Minitab skills to analyze data and guide decisions.
