Job summary

QRC Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of ongoing department projects impacting multiple departments. You will serve as liaison between project team and department, leading cross-functional teams and guiding NPI programs from strategy to readiness.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects meet scope, quality, cost, and timeline targets, in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of Project Management experience or
• Bachelor + 4 years of Project Management experience or
• Associates + 8 years of Project Management experience
• Handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent business English and Spanish, written and oral (presentations).
• Understanding and experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules. Experience with SAP, Trackwise and Project management tools preferred.
• Highly proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Change Control experience

• Lead strategic and highly complex New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
