Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a talented project leader to join our team in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing space. You will drive multi-disciplinary projects across Puerto Rico and the United States, ensuring regulatory readiness and on-time delivery.

You will manage scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, working across departments to optimize performance and outcomes in a world-class manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Chemistry or Biology preferred) or Engineering (preferred: Chemical/ Industrial/ BioTech).
• Leads strategic and highly complex New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from strategy through execution and readiness.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
• Establish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
• Assess issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals.
• Manage and track project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure project goals are understood by all functional areas.
