Qualifications

PM experience leading projects in regulated environments.
Experience with NPI, product transfer, or technology transfer.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion.
Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
Lead cross-functional teams for NPI projects.
Monitor performance, identify risks, and Mitigation.
Prepare executive updates and status reports.
Coordinate Change Control and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution.
