Job summary

Molex is seeking an NPI Process Engineer – Progressive Stamping to support New Product & Innovation activities at our Lincoln, Nebraska facility. You will act as a technical expert in progressive stamping, collaborating with tooling designers and product development to develop, qualify, and launch new programs.

Qualifications

Technical degree OR hands-on experience in progressive stamping, tooling, machining, or related manufacturing process.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings, tooling prints, and technical documentation.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to solve technical problems and support project execution.

Responsibilities

Lead development, qualification, and validation of new stamping tools and processes for new product introductions.
Provide technical input during tooling and process design reviews for manufacturability and capability.
