Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to drive execution after silicon tape-out, coordinating with PDTE, BU PM, supply chain, fab, OSAT, test houses and customers.

The role requires full-time onsite work in our Santa Clara office (5 days per week).

You will lead schedules, milestones, risk management, and customer sample delivery to ensure on-time qualification, ramp, and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management or related experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-silicon tape-out through RTP and production ramp.
• Own program schedules, milestone tracking, deliverables, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across PDTE, Business Unit PM, supply chain, fab, OSAT, test house and customers.
• Ensure phase-gate reviews and customer samples delivery.
