Job summary

Cisco seeks a Leader for Semiconductor NPI & Ramp Planning to guide a team of SCPMs from executive commitments through production launches. You will set priorities, drive cross‑functional execution, and translate top‑level commitments into detailed, actionable plans for supply chain, manufacturing, and ramp activities.

You will also manage complex relationships with foundries and OSAT partners, develop ramp strategies, and institutionalize NPI processes to improve launch predictability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5–10+ years of supervisory experience in a people leader role.
• Led complex product introductions and manufacturing ramps in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience managing supply chain execution across global suppliers, contract manufacturers, and technology partners.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor supply chain with direct experience in foundry operations, wafer starts, silicon qualification, and OSAT.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning, capacity planning, demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SCPMs for product execution from Exec Commit to production launch.
• Establish organizational priorities, operating mechanisms, and performance expectations.
• Translate executive commitments into actionable supply chain, manufacturing, and program execution plans.
• Lead supply chain planning for engineering builds and manage foundry/OSAT relationships.
• Develop and execute ramp strategies and risk management.
