Job summary

ANA, a recognized manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an NPI Program Manager to lead ANA’s cross‑functional phase‑gate process from concept through production stabilization. The role coordinates Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Service, and Marketing to ensure launch readiness and governance.

You will partner with Engineering and Product teams, manage risk, and escalate issues while maintaining an end‑to‑end view of program health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, program management, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading cross‑functional programs in a manufacturing or industrial‑products environment.
• Experience with phase‑gate, stage‑gate, or APQP processes.
• Ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve ANA’s phase‑gate process and governance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional reviews and document readiness evidence.
• Maintain an NPI roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and readiness status.
• Lead gate reviews and drive action closure across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Facilitate handoffs to steady‑state ownership and track performance post‑launch.
