Wolfspeed in Durham, NC is seeking an enthusiastic NPI/NTI Product Development Engineer to own new products from concept to qualification and drive processes that maximize quality and minimize cycle time.

You will partner with BU, R&D, and manufacturing teams to develop NPI/NTI roadmaps, monitor SPC data, lead root-cause investigations, and provide technical direction to project teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving and ownership are essential.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or related discipline; MS preferred for more senior levels.
• PhD is a plus for advanced roles in engineering or related science disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Own NPI/NTI products from concept to qualification.
• Develop and execute processes to maximize quality and minimize cycle time.
• Coordinate activities across departments to build out Power product portfolio.
• Analyze SPC, yield, and parametric data to drive action plans.
