• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry
• 2+ years of professional experience in Quality in Manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Troubleshooting manufacturing processes
• Good writing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and continuous improvement in the plant.
• Coordinate Advanced Quality Planning and change reviews with plant teams (GR&R, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC).
• Manage customer and supplier interactions, including corrective actions and feedback on satisfaction.
• Participate in or lead project teams to resolve quality issues and share lessons learned.
• Conduct internal audits and support compliance with standards while identifying gaps in the management system.
• Ensure proper use and calibration of test equipment and availability of supplies for tests.
• Monitor the laboratory performance against KPIs and support production when needed.
