Job summary

Molex, LLC in Hudson, WI is seeking an NPI Process Engineering Supervisor to lead the NPI Process Engineering team and drive manufacturing readiness for new product launches. You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, Operations and global sites to develop scalable processes, PFMEA/DFMEA, and robust process controls from prototype to production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
4+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Experience implementing new manufacturing methods including training others.
Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA & DFM documentation.
Experience with automated systems to identify opportunities and/or program new functions to improve process efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new product launches.
Drive DFM (Design for Manufacturability), PFMEA, process flow development, and production readiness reviews.
Ensure tooling, equipment, work instructions, training materials, and quality plans are completed prior to launch.
Support Qualification builds, Pilot runs, Engineering Verification Tests, Design Verification Tests, and production validation activities
Develop robust manufacturing processes from prototype through production.
Define process parameters, control plans, and operating windows.
Lead Measurement System Analysis, Gage R&R, capability studies, DOE, and process validation activities.
Ensure processes meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Support safe launch, ramp-up, and production stabilization.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive corrective actions.
