Job summary
Absolics Inc. in Covington, GA is seeking an experienced NPI Process Engineer to own Glass Core Substrate product development from customer engagement through product launch.
You will read customer requirements, define specs, lead sample builds, and shepherd the product into volume production. You will work closely with customer engineering teams and CAM/process groups, applying substrate manufacturing and OSAT packaging knowledge to ensure robust, manufacturable solutions and strong program
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in substrate or semiconductor packaging engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
- Hands-on engineering experience with materials and processes.
- Experience taking a product from development to customer qualification and launch.
Responsibilities
- Own new GCS product development programs end-to-end from requirements intake to production launch.
- Translate customer requirements into product specs and targets; verify manufacturability with CAM/process teams.
- Lead internal development builds and coordinate with manufacturing to drive improvements.
- Define qualification plans and interpret reliability results; prepare qualification reports.
