Job summary

Custom Glass Solutions is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to support NPD projects and customer OE programs within our glass manufacturing operations. The role acts as the engineering liaison among customers, sales, manufacturing, and quality to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.

The ideal candidate has CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred), basic ERP familiarity, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, technician coursework acceptable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple project tasks to meet milestones and budgets.
• Create CAD drawings/parts for quotes and production use.
• Assist with CAD data management and document control.
• Support design, manufacturing and quality teams on launches.
• Track project status across systems and report progress.
