Job summary

Philips is seeking a New Product Introduction Pilot Operator III for our Plymouth, MN facility. The role involves operating development equipment to assemble and process development products, and supporting process definition and documentation in a regulated GMP setting.

First shift, Monday–Thursday, 5am–3:30pm, onsite with cross-team collaboration. Prior cleanroom assembly experience and microscope use are preferred, with strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs essential.

Qualifications

• Some experience in cleanroom production assembly is preferred.
• Ability to routinely use a microscope.
• Good hand–eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and follow SOPs.
• Works well with others and independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate development equipment for assembling and processing development products.
• Assist development teams to define process procedures and parameters.
• Measuring and recording process parameters once established.
• Accurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History Record.
• Complying with GMP regarding labeling, SOPs, and material segregation of production materials.
