Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA, is seeking a Global Supply Manager to drive strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships for new product introductions. You will own cost modeling, negotiate contracts, and coordinate between R&D and suppliers to ensure timely NPIs and robust supply chains.

The role requires 1–5 years post-graduate experience in strategic sourcing or manufacturing, with travel up to 20% and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent with 1–5 years strategy sourcing/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% for supplier audits and relationship building.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify suppliers for new product introductions.
• Own PFEP in an NPI BOM; manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Facilitate communication of technical requirements between Suppliers and Formlabs R&D team.
• Research new manufacturing technologies or market intelligence to develop supply chain strategies.
• Lead supplier manufacturing process development and launch readiness for NPIs.
