Teradyne in San Jose, CA is seeking an NPI Operations Project Manager for the MEMORY TEST DIVISION. You will lead cross-functional teams to guide products from concept through prototyping, pilot builds, and high-volume production, owning scope, schedule, cost, and change management.

You will drive operational readiness, product quality, and manufacturing excellence across global teams, with opportunities to grow into Senior Project Manager roles.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; MS/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management leading complex technical projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Self-starter with autonomy and outcomes focus.
• Experience in semiconductor or ATE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI Projects with cross-functional teams from concept to production.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage trade‑offs.
• Identify risks and develop actionable mitigation plans.
• Ensure DFx readiness and production transfer to CM partners.
• Oversee prototype and pilot builds and product transfers.
• Deliver clear project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
