Job summary

Moultrie, headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking an Operations Program Manager to partner with Product, Engineering and ODMs from concept through mass production across cameras and connected devices.

You will execute the NPI Operations Playbook, coordinate deliverables across Sourcing, Manufacturing & Quality, Supply Chain and Demand Planning, and drive risks, schedules and ramp attainment to meet demand.

Qualifications

4+ years of managing consumer electronics operations programs.
NPI fluency across EVT-DVT-PVT-MP build cycles.
Experience running builds or programs through Asia-based ODM.
Familiarity with ECO/PCN change processes and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, supply chain, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus).

Responsibilities

NPI Phase-Gate Execution: drive the operations deliverables through each phase of the NPI playbook.
Build Management (EVT / DVT / PVT / MP): coordinate the builds at the ODM; place build POs and ensure material readiness; draft work instructions and test plans; verify IQC/OQC tests.
Launch & Ramp Readiness: manage MP-readiness reviews; drive ramp to plan; lead post-MP retrospective.
Schedule & Milestone Management: own the program schedule; track milestones and budget; escalate delays with recovery plans.
Production Cadences: run ODM production reviews; contribute to monthly S&OP.
Change Management: coordinate ECO/PCN from PVT to mass production; align on cut-in timing.
Risk Management: identify supply, test-coverage, and schedule risks; track mitigations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate across engineering, product, sourcing, quality, demand planning, finance, and marketing.
Metrics & Reporting: report status, gate readiness, first-pass yield, and ramp attainment.
