Nokia in Coppell, Texas seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction onboarding for hyperscaler and strategic accounts. You will own the onboarding lifecycle from planning to delivery, coordinating Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Delivery teams.

You will drive risk management, stakeholder alignment, and governance with executive visibility and data-driven updates.

Formación

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Proven ability to lead across Product, Engineering and Operations.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end NPI onboarding programs for key accounts.
• Define onboarding plans with cross-functional teams and manage milestones.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation and issue resolution.
• Create executive dashboards and reports for status reviews.
