Nokia is seeking a NP&T Program Purchasing Specialist in Dallas to drive program material design reviews, supplier selection, and contracting for key categories. You will manage the PuCC team backlog, coordinate sourcing with R&D, and ensure timely inbound materials through ramp and production phases.

3 days in the office, hybrid remote setup is supported. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, strong negotiations, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years' experience preferred.
• Experience in purchasing technical commodities and supplier management.
• Ability to work in the office 3 days and remote.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create and manage purchasing capability with PuCC team.
• Maintain risk plans and manage supplier risks (single/sole sources).
• Drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting with Category Manager support.
• Maintain lists of new technologies, key suppliers, and materials.
• Ensure inbound material availability during program and ramp phases.
• Manage PuCC team backlog and mediate between project, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sourcing for new 5G equipment deployed via Nokia factories/EMS.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
