Solidigm is seeking an individual contributor to develop supply chain strategies supporting the organization's vision. Based in Rancho Cordova, CA, the role focuses on optimizing inventory, materials, and supply strategies from wafer starts through customer fulfillment.

As SSD NPI Materials Program Manager, you will plan and manage programs, lead cross-functional teams, assess risks, and drive schedules while using data analytics to design improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• 8+ years in material planning, SCM, procurement, manufacturing operations or PM.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Supply Chain programs to meet objectives.
• Provide leadership for project team interfaces and execution.
• Manage delivery of product/services and schedule tasks.
• Identify tasks, dependencies, resources, and estimates.
• Assess risks, monitor progress, and coordinate resources.
• Review requirements for completeness and clarity, meet deadlines.
• Lead multiple tasks under tight deadlines with data-driven decisions.
