Job summary

Solidigm, headquartered in Rancho Cordova, California, seeks an SSD NPI Materials Program Manager to lead supply chain programs from wafer starts to customer fulfillment. You will apply mathematics, statistics, and optimization to optimize inventory, materials, and supply strategies while guiding a project team across multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 8+ years in material planning or program

Qualifications

• Degree in a specialized or intellectual field of study such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing operations, or program management.
• Analytical skills.
• MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans/manages Supply Chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals.
• Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.
• Works on problems/tasks in the delivery of a specific product or service.
• Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule.
• Assesses risk and identifies issues.
• Monitors progress against schedule.
• Coordinates resources with other functions.
• Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
• Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks.
• Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.
• Lead, manage, and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines.
