Job summary

Solidigm, headquartered in Rancho Cordova, CA, seeks a Product Development Team Manager to lead enterprise SSD programs with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and revenue-driven initiatives. You will oversee the end-to-end product development process and coordinate the cross-functional team to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 10+ years in hardware/software product development for data center or memory products.
• 5–7 years of engineering management experience.
• Strong program/project management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving.
• Strong technical background in EE or ME; Mechatronics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of enterprise SSD product programs with a primary focus on NPI and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end product development and coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.
• Act as the primary interface to senior leadership, communicating objectives, schedules, risks, and priorities clearly.
• Influence program direction by balancing technical needs with business impact across the lifecycle.
