Responsibilities

• Own Production Planning Operations: develop and implement the SAP PP module with maintenance responsibilities including work plans, schedules, and capacity to meet operational goals.
• Lead SAP PP System Management: serve as the SAP Production Planning SME for Technical Services, driving system optimization and process improvements.
• Manage Production Master Data: maintain BOMs, routings, work centers, and planning data to ensure accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Drive Inventory & Material Planning: ensure material availability while optimizing inventory levels and replenishment strategies.
• Support Procure-to-Pay Activities: coordinate inventory-related purchasing, replenishment, and supplier interactions.
• Deliver Reporting & Continuous Improvement: analyze performance data, develop metrics, and identify opportunities to improve planning and operational efficiency.
• Provide Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to support business objectives and system adoption.
• Performs administration of procurement contracts and documentation in support of outage execution.
• Focuses on streamlining activities through the use of standardized processes and procedures, problem solving, and team engagement.
