Job summary
Aeon is seeking a Project Manager to guide the transition from NPI to full‑rate production of complex guided‑munitions subassemblies and final assemblies in Austin, TX. You will own master schedules, drive cross‑functional execution, and manage ERP implementations with a focus on schedule adherence and cost control.
You will report to the Vice President of Manufacturing and coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure milestones are achieved and customer
Qualifications
- PMI certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction/Facilities Management, IT architecture, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in an NPI Stage-Gate environment.
- Experience building and maintaining detailed schedules for complex, multi‑workstream projects with external dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated project plans and milestones across facilities build‑outs and IT implementations.
- Lead cross‑functional coordination across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and partners.
- Maintain schedule visibility for Aeon leadership and ensure commitments are met on time.
- Monitor costs, manage risks, and drive execution against budget.
