Job summary

Generac is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introductions and data center backup solutions in our Oshkosh facility.

You will coordinate NPI launches, drive continuous improvement, apply lean methods, and collaborate with shop floor teams to optimize layouts, tooling, and PLC programming. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering, CAD proficiency, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology is required.
• Lean principles and process improvements knowledge is essential.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations.
• Support facility transformation, technology transfer and maintenance of mixed model lines.
• Implement policies, procedures and process documentation for process improvement.
