Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related STEM field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably with capital equipment or industrial environments.
• Experience optimizing production processes and parts for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Work with design engineers to influence designs early, driving DFM/DFA across equipment.
• Optimize part designs and assembly processes for efficient production.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive improvements and corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation, including assembly instructions, BOMs, and SOPs.
• Track and report manufacturing and facilities performance using KPIs.
