Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Program Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management to lead end-to-end hardware programs across OCI's cloud infrastructure portfolio.

The role involves coordinating globally distributed teams, driving operational readiness, and managing lifecycle activities from concept through production ramp, sustaining engineering, and end-of-life.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, operations program management, product engineering, supply chain, or New Product Introduction within hardware or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional hardware programs from concept through production and sustaining.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational execution for complex NPI programs supporting OCI hardware and infrastructure products.
• Develop integrated program plans that align engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and deployment organizations.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches while balancing cost, schedule, quality, and supply continuity.
• Manage products beyond initial launch through sustaining engineering, lifecycle planning, and end-of-life activities.
