Solventum is seeking a GSC NPI Manager to lead global supply chain activities for new product introductions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from development to commercial launch, ensuring manufacturability and readiness across internal and external sites.

Key interactions include R&D, Process Technology, and Manufacturing, with focus on risk management, schedule adherence, and cost targets. Hybrid roles in MN and TX with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 7+ years in manufacturing/operations engineering/supply chain leadership.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 10+ years in manufacturing/operations engineering/supply chain leadership.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Global Supply Chain POC for NPI projects across Solventum business areas.
• Lead extended GSC team through new product development to commercial launch.
• Maintain project timelines, resource needs, cost targets, and capital estimates.
• Track state-gate milestones and deliverables; manage NPI at contract manufacturers or suppliers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Process Technology, and Manufacturing for manufacturability; feed design inputs and timelines.
• Ensure readiness for new processes at receiving sites and manage design transfer to stable production.
