Job summary

PowerCo Spain is seeking a skilled professional to join our Valencia facility, driving development and production coordination for automotive battery cells. You will ensure alignment across operations, quality, and design teams to meet stringent specifications and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in battery cell development, with hands-on experience through SOP and mass production phases, and a Master’s degree in chem/eng.

Qualifications

• ≥ 2 years’ development experience in automotive battery cell manufacturer.
• Experience on projects went through SOP/mass production phase.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align production schedules with operations and quality teams.
• Coordinate cross‑department task-forces to meet project milestones.
• Ensure intermediate products meet specs through cross‑functional alignment.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies in development processes.
• Lead DoEs and material sampling for data-driven decisions.
