Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks an NPI Launch Manager to drive new product introductions across multiple brands from Dalton, GA. This role acts as the SPOC, coordinating with project managers to ensure launches are defined, resourced, and delivered on time within scope.

You will lead timeline development, risk management, and post-launch evaluations while aligning product, marketing, and supporting teams. Office presence required at least three days weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project/launch management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI and marketing launches for assigned brand(s).
• Develop and maintain integrated launch timelines across departments.
• Serve as SPOC for NPI and coordinate with NPD teams.
• Ensure milestones, inputs, and handoffs are met on schedule.
• Manage risks with a formal risk register and mitigation plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Champion PMO practices and use of standard templates and tools.
