Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a CHG Hardware PMO leader to drive NPI program management across hardware engineering, product management, and operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of hardware programs powering Cisco’s core products. You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and leadership to establish governance, execution cadences, and transparent status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors + 5 years of related experience in program/project management or PMO roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting business operations or leadership operating rhythms and dashboards.
• Experience in hardware design, HW manufacturing processes, or NPI product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI project and program management activities across hardware engineering, product management, operations, marketing, account teams, EPM, power, thermal, and other partner organizations.
• Lead small to mid-sized programs with moderate complexity and multiple dependencies across CHG hardware portfolio.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution cadences to keep teams aligned.
• Track program health, identify risks and dependencies, drive issue resolution, and elevate blockers with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate planning cycles, business reviews, status reporting, and executive updates to improve visibility and execution.
• Establish documentation frameworks, governance processes, and templates; leverage collaboration and AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly.
