Job summary

Google Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an NPI Product Operations Program Manager for Google Cloud Supply Chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management to launch hardware New Product Introduction processes for electronics.
• 5 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain, material management, planning, and design.
• 5 years of experience in managing build and operations with contract manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Advocate AI-driven tools to enable predictive analytics for on-time delivery (OTD) and define internal automation requirements to reduce toil across the product lifecycle.
• Lead complex cross-functional challenges, translating program goals into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and milestones aligned across engineering, product operations, and IMS leadership.
• Identify supply chain friction points and design scalable frameworks or AI-assisted workflows to boost decision velocity and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships, mobilize resources, and drive alignment on key technical decisions.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster an AI-First culture by sharing best practices for prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
