Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 0 years equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or projects with plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting business operations or leadership operating rhythms, dashboards, executive updates, and organizational communications.
• Experience in PMO, chief-of-staff support, or hardware design, HW manufacturing processes, or NPI product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI project and program management activities across hardware engineering, product management, operations, and partner teams.
• Lead small to mid-sized programs with moderate complexity and multiple dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and execution cadences.
• Track program health, identify risks, dependencies, and drive issue resolution with clear recommendations.
• Support operational work for HW groups, coordinating planning cycles, business reviews, and leadership updates.
• Establish and improve documentation frameworks, governance processes, and team execution models.
