Job summary

Korpack seeks a Commercialization Manager to own the entire NPI lifecycle from post‑award scoping to stabilization. You will lead a Developmental Project Manager team and a Project Coordinator, driving execution, risk management, and successful handoffs to Customer Success.

You will ensure proper scoping, realistic timelines, and complete documentation for every program. Collaboration with Sales Ops, Purchasing, Scheduling, QA, and Production is essential to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project execution in manufacturing, co‑packing, or operations.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes including scoping, planning, and stabilization.
• Track record of holding teams and processes to a high standard; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DPM team and Project Coordinator to deliver on NPI programs from kickoff to stabilization.
• Ensure proper scoping, realistic timelines, and complete execution requirements before launch.
• Own first‑run success, risk mitigation, and handoffs to Customer Success with complete documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment across Sales Ops, Purchasing, Scheduling, QA, and Production.
• Measure NPI OTIF, first‑run success, and margin adherence across the portfolio.
• Develop early‑career project managers and maintain strong ERP‑driven execution discipline.
