Job summary

Veeco Instruments Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for New Product Introduction to drive complex wafer-processing equipment from concept through validation and production release.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Field Service, delivering milestones on time while managing cost, risk, and scope to enable manufacturable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating complex, multi-discipline NP I programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment or complex electro-mechanical products is beneficial.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, BOM management and lifecycle deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned NPI programs from market needs through product readiness.
• Coordinate Marketing, Technology, Systems and Engineering to set scope and milestones.
• Own the integrated program plan and cadence with cross-functional follow-through.
• Monitor maturity, BOM/ECO readiness, validation, and risk management.
• Provide concise, data-driven updates to Engineering PMO and leadership.
