Job summary

Entegris in Colorado Springs (Rockrimmon) is seeking a New Product Introduction Engineering Co-Op for Spring 2027. The 6‑month, full‑time assignment will support new product development, manufacturing readiness, and PFMEA improvements while assisting engineers with docs, data collection, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student with engineering focus
• Willing to work 40 hours per week, M-F (8a-5p) January–June 2027
• Familiarity with university co-op requirements

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and release manufacturing documentation (work instructions, process flows, qualification reports)
• Track molded components through tooling, sampling, dimensional measurement, and qualification activities
• Collect, organize, and analyze engineering/manufacturing data for process characterization and capability assessments
• Support PFMEA improvement initiatives and risk management documentation
• Coordinate and support customer sample builds, material tracking, and post-build data collection
• Collaborate with operators to assess needs and training gaps
• Follow up on project action items, risks, and engineering deliverables to improve visibility
• Assist with continuous improvement activities and audit preparation
