Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking an NPI Engineer to support new product development from concept through mass production. You will design and industrialize payment card structures and processes, define machine parameters, and qualify new products for production.

You will coordinate with quality, finance, and supply chain, applying a Lean mindset to identify improvements and support production with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with emphasis in mechanical, plastics, industrial or chemical fields.
• 2–4 years in a production/manufacturing engineering environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and safety rules.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development from concept to mass production.
• Design and industrialize new payment card structures and processes.
• Define engineering parameters for machines and equipment.
