Job summary

IDEMIA Secure Transactions in Exton, PA is expanding with a new Customer Experience Showroom/Design Lab. The role oversees design, development and industrialization of payment card products, maximizing business value and customer satisfaction for existing or new offerings.

The position requires a technical bachelor's degree and 3+ years in product development or manufacturing engineering, with hands-on experience in SolidWorks, CNC machining and qualification activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or materials science.
• 3+ years in product development, process or manufacturing engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with NPI, product qualification, process validation and transition to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Defines, develops and qualifies new products, structures and processes per customer specs and QCD.
• Prepares and maintains required documentation and technical specifications.
• Benchmarks and consults to optimize technical solutions; supports issue resolution with customers.
• Writes qualification and testing procedures; assists in process improvement across sites.
• Advises internal customers on project directions and specifications.
