Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking an NPI Engineer to lead transitioning a new SiTime product into manufacturing and to develop high-volume manufacturing/testing processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth OSAT ramp and transition to operations.

You will drive Qual (reliability) execution, support early customer sampling, and document all procedures and capacity plans with multiple engineering disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Expertise in running Qual (reliability) in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of MEMS/semiconductor manufacturing and packaging.
• Familiar with ATE testing, capacity calculation and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead transitioning new product to manufacturing with cross-functional team.
• Develop high-volume manufacturing/testing processes for new SiTime product.
• Lead Qual (reliability) execution and early customer sampling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to document all manufacturing and test procedures.
• Work with OPS team to bring up OSAT and document procedures.
• Develop final test processes executable in high volume with PE and TE teams.
• Collaborate with MEMS, CMOS, PE and SE teams on RTP documentation requirements.
