Job summary

Amazon Austin is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to serve as the NPI Tech Lead, driving the physical deployment scalability of robotics solutions from Alpha through Beta Exit across the fulfillment network. This role blends deployment expertise with program management to ensure scalable deployment before general availability.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Product Engineering and Field Execution, developing deployment strategies and establishing deployment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment design optimization and scalability for NPI robotics deployments.
• Perform deployment tradeoff analysis and drive design for deployment changes.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Field Execution for scalable rollouts.
• Maintain deployment deliverables and documentation through Alpha and Beta phases.
