Job summary
Q-Edge Corporation is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the introduction (NPI), debugging, and sustaining of complex automated manufacturing systems. You will be responsible for the electrical and software stability of production equipment, including Robotics, PLCs, AOI systems, and AGVs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
- 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Experience in robotics, AGV, AOI or related fields
- AI implementation experience in automation environments
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI and debugging of automated manufacturing systems.
- Analyze root causes of product failures using professional techniques.
- Participate in equipment evaluation, DOE verification, and DFMs.
- Push equipment installation, debugging, and vendor support at NPI.
- Implement preventive improvements to reduce downtime and ensure production continuity.
- Manage spare parts and maintenance in manufacturing environments.
