Aeva is seeking an NPI Alignment Engineer to partner with design teams and contract manufacturers to develop precision active alignment equipment. You will lead from concept to production release and address hardware and process issues across suppliers.
The role requires 3–5 years in optoelectronic active alignment, hands-on experience with alignment hardware, GUIs, and automation. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.

This person should have in-depth experience in micro-optic assembly techniques and equipment with a heavy emphasis on active alignment.

Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future.
