Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical discipline.
• PM knowledge including scheduling, planning, risk mitigation, and financial analysis.
• PMP Certification (preferable).
• 5+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience.
• Experience managing large NPD projects with internal and external teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferable).
• Strong English-speaking required.
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project meetings to drive actions and decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end project planning and control; coordinate resources and program integration.
• Prepare governance packages and challenge project readiness at key gates.
• Foster collaboration with diverse global teams and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Prepare and co‑facilitate workshops to improve execution and team effectiveness.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Define deliverables and interdependencies across functions and external partners.
• Ensure documentation and archiving of artifacts; provide status updates.
