Professional Plumbing Group (PPG) is seeking a Project Manager for our Glen Mills, PA office to lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, analyze data, track progress, and ensure successful product launches.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee schedules and deliverables for NPD and custom projects.
• Manage deadlines and milestones, communicating this information across departments.
• Collaborate with NPD, Marketing, and Sales to keep the team informed and aligned.
• Coordinate with vendors to align project schedules and mitigate delays.
• Develop project close‑out reports detailing key milestones and lessons learned.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project/Product Management, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Product/Project Manager or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, business knowledge, multi‑tasking, interpersonal communication skills, and flexibility.
