Insight Global is seeking a seasoned NPD Program Manager for the BD Advanced Patient Monitoring PMO to lead product development programs from concept through commercialization for Hemodynamic Monitoring products.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams across software, firmware, hardware, and disposables, drive schedules, budgets, risk, and regulatory alignment, and partner with external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience managing NPD projects/programs of increasing complexity.
Experience in medical device projects with software, firmware, hardware, and disposable components.
Understanding of Medical Device Regulations and Product Development processes.
Ability to influence across a matrix organization and partner with multiple functions to achieve goals.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

Lead NPD programs through stages from concept to commercialization.
Plan, budget, execute, and document all aspects of program delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company processes.
