Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience managing complex NPD or related projects in medical devices.
• Strong project management skills: budgeting, planning, tracking, and prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to define tasks, plans, resources, and risks following PMO templates.
• Experience coordinating DHF transfers and product development processes.
• Ability to present program status to senior management and clients.
• Mentor and guide other program managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD projects from start to finish within the Surgical Division.
• Coordinate Design History File transfers and ensure design controls compliance.
• Drive development of new products and expansion of existing products.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and performance targets across projects.
• Prepare and present regular program metrics to management and clients.
• Mentor and train PMO users and cross-functional teams.
• Support portfolio planning and prioritization initiatives.
