Job summary

Enpro is seeking a Program Manager to lead new product development programs from concept through prototype builds, NPD completion, and production launch. You will serve as the primary liaison between Enpro and external customers, driving execution with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, experience managing complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing, and strong skills in scheduling, risk management, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading new product development or cross-functional programs in a manufacturing/technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements, statements of work, and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting RFQ, quoting, or customer proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD programs from concept through prototype builds and production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality/compliance, procurement, sales, and marketing teams.
• Develop and communicate project schedules, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Facilitate customer meetings and internal program reviews to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Ensure alignment with customer statements of work and contractual requirements.
• Identify, communicate, and help mitigate risks (commercial, technical, schedule, execution).
• Drive programs to on-time delivery, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
