Job summary

You will partner with R&D, private label Sales, and Marketing to deliver projects on scope and on time. Responsibilities include coordinating NPD activities, managing monthly reports for Sales and Operations, tracking costs and forecasted revenue, leading project meetings, and ensuring PLM/NPD integrity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or business analysis in an R&D or market function.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Projects and NPD activities with project leads to maintain an accurate portfolio.
• Assemble data and reports for monthly Product and Business Review meetings.
• Conduct weekly status updates and communication of project status and timelines.
• Support NPD integrity and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in team development and best-practice initiatives.
