Job summary

You will lead supplier approvals, manage specifications, monitor claims and ensure documentation for registrations and fees while staying current with USDA/AAFCO/FDA guidelines.

Collaborate with the Technical Services Team to drive continuous improvement and ensure accurate data across all affected processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a project coordination or business analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Directs PLM-related regulatory tasks for product labeling and specifications.
• Directs supplier approvals and data upkeep in PLM system.
• Ensures compliance with labeling guidelines (USDA, AAFCO, FDA) and fees.
• Leads process improvements and data collection across teams.
• Collaborates with management and cross-functional teams to support claims.
