Job summary

Simmons Prepared Foods Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst to oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation. You will partner with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role involves managing reports, updating on weekly project status, and guiding the PLM system enhancements with cross-functional teams. Salary exempt; travel within North America possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years related experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or business analyst role in R&D or Marketing.
• Excellent computer skills with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience preparing documents for presentation and communicating project status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Projects and New Product Development (NPD) activities with project leads and maintain the project portfolio.
• Assemble data and reports for monthly Product and Business Review meetings.
• Gathers and communicates project status, timeline performance, and milestones to teams.
• Support integration of PLM/IQS system changes based on business feedback.
• Participate as a Team member to foster cohesiveness and support company objectives.
